-Went to two Zumba classes (two the entire month not each week lol)
-Cut back (a tad) on pop and sweets
I didn’t have to start working out like crazy or change my diet to get these results! I should also mention that I cannot stand the taste of coffee and have to add it to a milkshake made with coconut milk and vanilla ice cream to be able to drink it lol.
I suffer from depression and although I am on meds, I do have bad days. I was falling asleep all the time (even driving), and would have to nap on my lunch breaks…. I have not had a ‘bad’ day since starting Valentus and have had lots of extra energy in the day! No naps!!
Ordered enough for my husband and I to do another 1.5 rounds of it! I’m going to try a little harder with exercise and healthy eating. If theses were my results with my unhealthily lifestyle, then I can’t wait to see my results after actually trying 🙂
