I know opening yourself up to change is scary because you might feel exposed, vulnerable, or at the very least, extremely uneasy.
But once you step outside of the perimeter of the “known,” there is a world of possibility that exists!

I am a dreamer and a doer and a believer and a thinker and I see greatness in YOU!

The question isn’t who is going to let me;  it’s who is going to stop me?

I love people that operate from this level of certainty!
They may not know how to accomplish their goal, but they are clear on their WHY and they will continue to persist until they make it happen.
If you are doubting yourself, I recommend writing down this quote and reading it 3x/day for a week.
Watch what happens!

I love watching people who were once skeptical, afraid, and doubtful attempt something new and begin to see a whole new perspective on life!

Joe2Started November 17 2016 at 260 lbs as Jan 24 2017 down 51 lbs. I’m a 6 foot man and I’m really liking how things are going. I’ve changed so much, eating better exercising again. I have a goal of 200 lbs and 10 percent body fat. Let me tell you guys your wife will appreciate your efforts. I have a make a edit to my post. I don’t want people to think I did this weight loss program so people in my life would like me more and think I look better. The best thing we all need to do is to do it for your self and how you want to feel about your self love your self first. It all starts with what you want.

Myth bustersThere are a few key myths that have led many people to try unusual, unhealthy ways to lose weight. Many of these have been presented as fact, but knowing the truth can be a helpful tool when getting on the fast track to a healthier life.

Myth: Eating after 8 p.m. will inevitably cause weight gain. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) says that the time you choose to eat has little to do with how much weight you gain in the end. Factors that directly contribute to how many pounds you add are what you eat, how much exercise you get, and your portion control.

Myth: Low-fat or fat-free foods are completely free of calories. This assumption is made by many people, but not all low-fat or fat-free foods contain less calories than the original versions. Some processed products contain additional sugar, flour or starch, which can make them even unhealthier than the regular type, according to the NIDDK.

Myth: Exercising is enough. Although many people are under the assumption that physical activity is all that needs to be done to shed extra pounds, a healthy diet is crucial to losing weight. Incorporating nutritious foods into daily meals can help individuals reach their weight loss goals.

Myth: You don’t have to count calories. It seems like a tedious process, but counting calories is crucial to staying on track and losing weight. Understanding the calorie intake and the nutritional value behind each item you consume can help you get closer to reaching your goals and hone in on areas for improvement. In the end, calorie counting is a worthwhile habit that will serve you well even after a weight loss program is complete.
