Make a WATERMELON SMOOTHIE!🍉
I found this delicious Watermelon recipe in one of my Health and Wellness groups I’m following! Looks delicious, and been known to help with Headaches!
The easiest way to cure a headache is not an aspirin but hydration, which is where this cheery pink beverage comes in. Watermelon is 90% H2O, so sipping on a glass of it helps take the edge off.
1½ cups Watermelon (seedless or remove seeds)
1 frozen banana
1 apple, peeled and cored
¾ cupThick Greek Yoghurt
Purée watermelon in blender or food processor.
Strain with a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
Add strained watermelon juice back into the blender.
Add the other ingredients.
Blend well 👌🏻
