THE VERY BEST SALISBURY STEAK

Almost everyone loves Salisbury Steak!    The delicious taste that makes your mouth water!  Here is a Salisbury steak recipe to die for!  A recipe your whole family will love!   Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans campbell’s French onion soup
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ketchup
1 -3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, to taste
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 cup water
Directions
the-very-best-salsbury-steakIn a large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup condensed French onion soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper.
Shape into 6 oval patties.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of patties.
Pour off excess fat.
In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining soup until smooth.
Mix in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder.
Pour over meat in skillet.
Cover, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Here it is: our 6 week update…….
kristi-h-6-wk-update-jpgI have lost 19.5 pds yes, I have almost hit my second goal weight loss of 20pd… 😀☕️💯👏🏻. I have lost 15inches, but mine u that’s just in my abdomen, waist,and under the breast area. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😍😍😍😍. I have went from a size 13/14 to a Rockin size 8. Honestly I thought if I could just ever get back into a size 8 I would have arrived….. but, as easy as Valentus has made my weight loss, I have set me a new goal…. that being to loose another 10pds, 5inches, and to hit size 7. 😀☕️💯💖👏🏻. I shall drink myself health-Happy-Skinny.. all while having energy level of a 20year old and enjoying my coffee. Richard and I do drink 2 cups coffee a day. He now drinks the trim and we both drink the Immune. We enjoy the energy product when we need that extra boost! And I am feeling so good, so full of energy now, we have decided it’s time to add some walking to our schedules. I will keep you posted on that. If u recall the Dr took me off half my blood pressure medication and thyroid medication. I am happy to announce I am remaining at excellent readings holding stable. I am thrilled to also say, i have not had a back ache one since starting my coffee. My hormones have balanced out and not a hot flash either. (no I am not on hormones).
I honestly feel like Isaiah 40 talks of how God renews our youth. He has used this coffee to do this in our bodies. 💯☕️😇😁
Richard has lost 26 pds and inches in his most problem areas. His blood sugars as of this mornings are balancing out remaining balanced and dropped from 158 still holding great at his 116 reading points. His blood pressure as well as mine have held a perfect rate. Which means they both have lowered in a great measure. .
He too feel like his strength has greatly increased, and he feels 20years younger. Seriously. We go all day and into the evening and feel great! Accomplishing all our day holds with work- and Ministry.
kristi-hI have found that my most problem areas are shaping up and smoothing out 🤗🤗. All from drinking Coffee. Not working out.

I want to thank Jesus first of all for giving me a word and prophecy and manifestation of that very word in the handing into my lap this amazing product. That not only is changing Richard and I’s lives…. But so many others, won’t you start your journey today????

What is even more exciting to me… Is the money were saving even after buying the product. How you ask? Well… We have found we are eating half what we were!!!! Yes I said HALF what we were…. I have never had so many left overs in my icebox!!! Truth is we didn’t realize how much we were eating until Valentus… WOW… We went out to eat and found we both left half our meal on the plate…. Thank you Jesus and Valentus!!!! We have cut our grocery bill in half which MORE than pays for our monthly product! Oh that’s not all we have not been eating all those expensive snack food! Now add that up! Yes we have 💰money in the bank, ☕️coffee to drink, and health in our body…..

4 Tbsp cold butter, cut small pieces
1 cup flour ( I use low carb bake mix)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
4 Tbsp ice water
1 tsp coarse salt ( I use Sea Salt)
Can add sausage… pepperoni…mushrooms.. whatever you like
I dip into low sugar marinara sauce
cheese-bitesPreheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Put the butter and flour in a mixing bowl and rub together with your fingers until the butter is in pea-sized lumps. You don’t want it to be uniform; it should have a bit of texture to it.
Mix in the cheese with your hands until it is all coated with the butter-flour mixture.
One tablespoon at a time, mix in the water, incorporating it with your hands as you go. When the dough starts to come together, STOP ADDING WATER and squeeze the dough into a ball. You can let the dough rest in the refrigerator at this point, or you can bake it right away.
Roll out the dough (I did this on a piece of parchment paper) and cut it into whatever shapes you like. Sprinkle with the salt.
Bake until golden brown at 450 degrees.

Broccoli Chicken Zucchini Boats

Ingredients
broccoli-chicken-zucchini-boats10 oz. Zucchini (2 large zucchini, hallowed out)
2 tbsp. Butter
3 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Broccoli
6 oz. Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
1 stalk Green Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F and cut the zucchini you’re using in half lengthwise.
Using a spoon, scoop out most of the zucchini until you’re left with a shell about ½ – 1 cm thick.
Pour 1 tbsp. of melted butter into each zucchini boat, season with salt/pepper and place them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
While zucchini is cooking, shred your rotisserie chicken and measure out 6 oz. Cut up broccoli florets into small pieces, and combine both with sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the zucchini is done, take them out and add your chicken and broccoli filling.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browning.
Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy with more sour cream or mayo!

Curving your cravings is not always easy, especially when you getting close to the mid afternoon or late evening!   Those are the times that most of us start craving the sweets, the unhealthy foods!  These type of foods or cravings, definitely are not healthy or good for your body!  On the Chart to the left, are some healthy alternatives for help fight those unhealthy cravings!

 

Knowing the Good Carbs vs. the Bad Carbs!

Good Carbs Vs. Bad Carbs

good-carbs-bad-carbsAre there good carbs and bad carbs? The answer is a qualified yes. Complex carbohydrates are usually referred to as good carbs and simple carbohydrates as bad carbs. The good carb bad carb story isn’t quite that simple, but understanding the differences between good carbs and bad carbs will help you make healthy diet and fitness choices.

Ideally, carbohydrates are the foundation of a healthy diet. Those of us interested in exercise and fitness must have at least some working knowledge of carbohydrates because they are our brain and body energy foods.

Our bodies break carbohydrates down into sugar and then burn the sugar as fuel for our brain and body. Some people are afraid of carbohydrates because they think sugar automatically means weight gain, mood swings, and all things bad. But the fact is that your brain and body must have a steady supply glucose, the form of sugar that the body breaks carbohydrates down to.

Good Carbs Gone Bad

good-carbs-vs-bad-carbsOne of the confusing things about carbohydrates is difference between whole and refined foods. Whole grains are a good example. When a grain is refined, the nutrients and fiber have been taken from it making it quick to digest and less nutritious. Let’s look at the making of white bread flour: A whole wheat kernel with all its parts includes the bran, the endosperm, and the germ. The bran gives us fiber which has many digestive benefits including slowing the breakdown of the food and the absorption of fat. And the germ is the part that has the most nutrients. But when whole wheat is refined to make white flour the bran and germ are removed, leaving just the less nutritious endosperm.

Many of us only experience these formerly nutritious whole grains when are turned into refined flour and used to make processed foods like commercial breakfast cereals, breads, tortillas, white rice and Junk food. These denatured carbs are not likely to help you sustain your energy.

So the truly bad carbohydrates are the ones that offer little in the way of nutrition and pump a lot of simple, energy-destabilizing sugars into the body. Examples of bad, bad carb foods are those made with refined sugar and refined flour like candy, cake, muffins and white bread — no nutrients and no steady energy.

Get Good Carb Energy

My favorite image for carbohydrate digestion is to think of a campfire. Complex carbs are like good logs. They catch easily and burn steadily for a long time. The bad, simple carbs are like dry tender. When we put them into our digestive fire they flare up quickly and then burn out leaving us with little to run on. As always, consult your physician before starting any diet or exercise program.

It Starts from the Inside Out!!!

This is a body scan of a 250 lb woman & 130 lb woman. If this isn’t motivation to change habits, get healthy and eat right, I don’t know what is! See the fat around the heart & brain and the difference in sizes of the stomach & intestine. Also, the knee joints….
