Soper’s Super Nachos

Soper’s Super Nachos

This recipe came from my friend, Angie!  She swears that these Nachos are the best!  Yummy!

ALWAYS a family favorite! YUM!
Nacho Cheesier Doritos
Browned Ground Beef or Sausage
Shredded Cheese
Sliced Olives
Scallions (Green Onions)
Chopped tomatoes
Sour Cream
Taco Seasoning

Place a thin layer of chips on the plate. Cover with cooked beef/sausage and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Microwave until the cheese is starting to melt. Remove and layer all of your favorite toppings on the nachos. ENJOY!
