Crock Pot Honey Wheat Bread!

2/3 c. powdered milk
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. honey
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast or 1 packet
3 1/3 c. wheat flour
2 c. white flour
1 Tbsp. flax seed
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Put a coating of cooking spray inside crock pot.
In large bowl, combine warm water and dry milk. Add yeast and stir. Allow to sit 5 minutes and proof. Do not move or stir during this process.
Add oil, honey, salt, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seed, 1 1/2 c. wheat flour and 1 c. white flour to milk mixture.
Blend with mixer on low for 2 minutes. Add remaining flour and continue mixing until everything is incorporated well.
Make a ball and place dough into crock pot. Cover & cook on high for 1 hour. Turn down to low and continue cooking an additional 1 1/2 hours or until done. Do NOT open lid when changing temperature.
Remove pot from base and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Bread is ready to slice and serve!
