A great party food or quick weeknight dinner… ***************************************** *************** Buffalo Chicken Puffs

Serves 8

A crescent roll filled with all the best of a buffalo chicken wing without a lot of guilt or mess…these would be perfect for a party or quick weeknight dinner

Prep Time – 10 min

Cook Time – 20 min

Total Time – 30 min

Ingredients 12 oz extra lean cooked chicken breast, shredded – rotisserie chicken would be great 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup buffalo sauce ½ cup blue cheese dressing 8 crescent rolls – I used Pillsbury

Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 300 2.Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray 3.In a small saucepan combine pepper, garlic powder and buffalo sauce and heat to a simmer 4.Separate all 8 crescent rolls into the triangles 5.Roll out each triangle to flatten the roll and expand the size a bit 6.Fill each triangle with 2-3 tbsp. of shredded chicken 7.Top chicken with 1-2 tsp of buffalo sauce and 1 tbsp. of blue cheese dressing 8.Roll crescent roll around the chicken making sure to pinch close all the edges and sides to make a roll 9.Repeat with each remaining crescent roll 10.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until roll is golden brown 11.Let stand for 5 minutes 12.Serve with extra blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, carrot sticks or ranch dressing.
