Baked Zucchini

Find more recipes at: Ingredients 3 or 4 zucchini olive oil garlic and/or garlic powder Roma tomatoes mozzarella cheese Parmesan or Romano cheese salt & pepper to taste pepperoni (optional)


Slice the zucchini in half. Slice off the bottom to keep in stable. Brush with olive oil and top with garlic or garlic powder. Top with sliced tomatoes, pepperoni, salt and pepper to taste. Use mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese or mixed blend.. Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.

(For larger zucchini, I scoop out centers to make boats. I saute the insides with chopped onions and return it to the boats with other ingredients. I bake the larger zucchini boats about 30 mins before I top with mozzarella cheese. Then bake 10 more mins. to melt cheese.)

Ingredients 2 pounds ground beef1 onion, chopped2 teaspoons minced garlic1 (2 ounce) can black olives, sliced1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers1 (16 ounce) jar taco sauce2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans12 (8 inch) flour tortillas9 ounces shredded Colby cheese Adjust Servings

Adjust Metric US Original recipe yields 16 servings Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic, and saute for 5 more minutes. Drain any excess fat, if desired. Mix in the olives, green chile peppers, tomatoes with green chile peppers, taco sauce and refried beans. Stir mixture thoroughly, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture in the bottom of a 4 quart casserole dish. Cover with a layer of tortillas followed by more meat mixture, then a layer of cheese. Repeat tortilla, meat, cheese pattern until all the tortillas are used, topping off with a layer of meat mixture and cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly. Share It

My Name is Heather, I’m 31 year’s old… I weighted 378 pounds, and I was not happy… I was sad, depressed, not confident.. I couldn’t walk without being out of breath… Something had to change… I found Atkins and the pounds started coming off… I stopped drinking soda, stopped eating pasta, stopped eating breads, and candy etc… I lost 150 pounds… the lowest I got was 227.. I started back up on Atkins AGAIN, and I started leslie Sanson dvd’s .. Walk it out on the wii, I just took it day by day… and I lost 195 …. I was weighing between 184 and 193 for 2-3 months.. And no matter what I tried, or didn’t try didn’t matter.. I was still the same weight…

My friends were on something called Skinny fiber, and I saw their results, and I was like, what, really? What can it hurt to give it a try? Nothing.. I could lose nothing but weight. So I bought a bottle.. In my first 2 days I lost 4 pounds.. And I was thinking?! What.. No way wow… I tried it a few more days, by 13 days, I had lost 14 pounds… yeap that’s right! .. So I started selling Skinny Fiber… & the rest well it’s not written yet still working on losing the rest of my weight! But 5 weeks on Skinny Fiber & I am down 26 pounds, and 45 inches Just in 6 weeks ALONE!!!!

I have fibromyalgia. I have been taking Sf since October 2013. I had been taking 60 mg of Cymbalta, 50mg of Nytripolyn and 25mg of moloxicom (anti inflamitory drug.) Since I started taking Skinny Fiber, I finding I don’t need to take these other drugs unless in pain from weather, then I just usually take tylenol extra strength. ¾ cup finely chopped onion 2 ½ tablespoons oil 1 egg, lightly beaten (or more eggs if you like) 3 drops soy sauce 3 drops sesame oil 8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped or 1lbs of shrimp (clean & divined) 1 cup frozen peas & carrots thawed 4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (i like to use jasmine rice its’s best To use A day old) 4 green onions, chopped 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (add more if you like) Directions:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok; add chopped onions and stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color, about 8-10 minutes; remove from wok. Allow wok to cool slightly. Mix egg with 3 drops of soy and 3 drops of sesame oil; set aside. Add ½ tbsp oil to wok, swirling to coat surfaces; add egg mixture; working quickly, swirl egg until egg sets against wok; when egg puffs, flip egg and cook other side briefly; remove from wok, and chop into small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok; add selected meat to wok, along with carrots, peas, and cooked onion; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add rice, green onions tossing to mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of light soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in; stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve.
