Cilantro Cream Sauce

Ingredients 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened1 tablespoon sour cream1 (7 ounce) can tomatillo salsa1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 teaspoon celery salt ½ teaspoon ground cumin2 teaspoons garlic powder1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Adjust Servings

Adjust Metric US Original recipe yields 2 cups Directions Combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, pepper, celery salt, cumin, garlic powder, cilantro and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Place in a serving bowl. Share It

Cajun Pineapple Salad

Prep 15 m Ready In 15 mRecipe by THEGARNERSISTERS “A Southern salad that mixes the sweet juices of pineapple with the spicy tang of Cajun pepper.” My Recipes Add to List Add a Pic Ingredients ¼ cup mayonnaise 1/8 cup prepared mustard4 teaspoons sweet relish 2 (16 ounce) cans pineapple chunks 1 teaspoon Cajun pepper Cajun Pinapple Salad2 pounds iceberg lettuce, shredded1 cup bay leaves Adjust Servings

Adjust Metric US Original recipe yields 10 servings Directions In a small mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and relish. Mix well until it becomes a nice pastel color. In a separate bowl, stir together pineapple and Cajun pepper. Place shredded lettuce into a large bowl. Pour pineapple mixture on top of the lettuce. Place bay leaves as a garnish around the edge of the bowl. Drizzle dressing lightly over the salad.

Ingredients 2cups chopped onion (about 1 large) $ ½ cup pitted kalamataolives ½ cup julienne-cut drained oil-packed sun-dried tomato halves 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice $ 11/2 teaspoons minced garlic 1teaspoon Greek seasoning mix (such as McCormick’s) ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1(4-pound) boneless turkey breast, trimmed ½ cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth, divided $ 3tablespoons all-purpose flour $ Thyme sprigs (optional) Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in an electric slow cooker. Add ¼ cup chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Combine remaining ¼ cup broth and flour in a small bowl; stir with awhisk until smooth. Add broth mixture to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
