I honestly did not expect this one to be any different. I have been on Skinny Fiber since October over the holidays was not the best on following what I was suppose to be doing. Much to my happiness and surprise I gained nothing over the holidays remained at the weight loss I had started in October. Getting back to the program full force I am currently on my second 90 day challenge with zero doubts I will reach my goal. I am determined to do this and find a new me. I am thrilled with the inches dropping and the pounds finding another home. What I have to say is the most important factor is my health. I have fibromyalgia, and GERD along with several other lovely illnesses. Well thanks to Skinny Fiber my over all health is slowly improving I am not giving up hoping each challenge I take I see better results and am able to gain some of my regular life back.
