This is one of our DTs from one of the other SBC Teams. This is her Testemony…. I have PCOS also. I don’t have infertility or actual cysts on my ovaries, however, you can still have it w/out these symptoms. I have ALL the other issues that go along with it. Weight gain(especially in the belly), acne, facial hair, irregular periods, fuzzy hair, ect. I was diagnosed in 2005 when my daughter was a year old. My weight steadily climbed from there and before I knew it, in 2010, I was 315lbs and could barely squeeze into a size 22. My dr. put me on Metformin for the insulin resistance and while I lost weight at first, it gave me chronic diarrhea. I did lose 30lbs, but gained back 20 of it once I became used to the meds. In January of this year, at 297lbs and a tight size 22, I started using Skinny Fiber along with a low-carb diet. A little over 6 months later, I’m down 47lbs, down to a size 16, and have lost over 90 inches all over my whole body. I’ve went from a size 11 to an 8 in underwear and a size 46DD to a 42D in a bra. I still have about 60lbs to go and I’d like to be a size 10/12. I WILL get there. You ALL can do this!

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

✻ღ ₡ღ✻ SHARE! ✻ღ ₡ღ✻…✻ღ ₡ღ✻ FOLLOW ME! ✻ღ ₡ღ✻ Join our support group for more interesting tips, motivation and inspiration www.facebook.com/groups/kjensifyme 1lb chicken breast

½ pkg Velveeta Cheese 1 pkg steamfresh broccoli 1 pkg spaghetti noodles ½ cup milk

Cook the broccoli in the microwave. Cook the spaghetti to whatever doneness you prefer.(I cooked to al dente). Cut chicken into cubes, whatever size you like. Brown them until the juices run clear. When the chicken is fully cooked, add the milk, and add the velveeta (I cut into chunks to melt easier) Once that is all melted, put the noodles in a 9×13 pan, add steamed broccoli, pour cheesy chicken goodness over the top of that. I added shredded cheese to the top but you don’t have to! Bake at 425 for 25 mins. You can add more milk if you want it creamier. Add different veggies if you don’t like broccoli.
